When it came to avoiding traffic jams “in the city”, I accidentally out of the corner of my eye spotted “Gft”, traffic jams, because for those who do not know and have not been in Poznan recently, we “this” are “here” now all so “fit” and bicycle that half of us have sold cars because why use them! And in all seriousness, 3/4 of the automotive city is spitting through its right sleeve at the changes made and looking for a way to get its wits about it to leave the maze!

It’s no secret that after living in Germany for a dozen years, I react to every German sign with sincere interest, so when I saw GESCHEFT, I thought it was a must visit.
I ordered a table by phone, completely unsure if this was what the situation called for, but just in case, I preferred to know that there would be a prescription for my hunger and not a search for a seat. Access was quick, there were plenty of places to park in the area, so we had the first step behind us.

On site, a pleasant surprise, the decor with a “bigle” very pleasant and cozy. Service at the start went to “You” thereby I did not expect, the shabbiness of waitstaff like Sheraton, but I understand that this is now the norm. We started ordering, except for a very warming brew – outside the door “it was feverishly sacramenic” which appeared at our table in 3 min. We waited a while for Ramen and ribs with a name I can’t quote, I just remember that they were supposed to be damn spicy, and they were with a slight tinge of spiciness.

Whatever one may say about the waiting time, it was served nobly and I assure you that you will not complain about it, another thing is the flavors. As I read from the card it smelled of Korea, Japan and other orientals, so I expected inventions – and I got what I wanted! The ramen I usually order turned out to be a very difficult flavor this time, and for as many of them as I’ve eaten in my life (believe me, a heck of a lot) this one kind of stopped me from continuing to eat, something was wrong! There was also soup with coconut milk-delicious and duck, the taste of which also did not knock it down. I waited for my finale in the form of ribs, they entered with dignity, but … cold. Everything around was so original that at first I thought it was such a special move, without making a fuss I quietly asked if they were sure to be cold, it turned out that they were not.
After the correction, the ribs were already in good shape, still not very sharp, but I also do not know what the author really meant.

As an apology, the ladies from the service offered an additional dish and something extra, but as you know, it happens to everyone sometimes to come on “second gas to work”-the cook looked like this and there is nothing to make an affair out of it, we simply thanked and that’s it.

To sum up, as it happens in business, or better said, as it happens in Gescheft, once it’s better, once it’s worse but it’s always “Gescheft” and you have to count on it being good. It is an interesting and very cozy place for, for example, a quick lunch before heading out of town. If you don’t get fancy with the dishes, I guarantee that it will be visited more often by you, importantly and also on the plus side, the handlers love animals and if it would occur to you to go out for a walk in the Old Market for a while, leaving your merdog in the care of the staff, they will feed, drink and you can see that the girls have a heart, so I recommend.
