Berlin, the city that is like heroin, once you live there, you never stop thinking about it. This was the case with me and many I met along the way during the dozen years I lived in Berlin. A city where all you have to do is get off the train and “Ich bin ein Berliner” is already pressed to your lips. A city that doesn’t fall asleep, where it’s not surprising to see a Ferrari parked next to a Fiat UNO in the same garage, where beautiful Jewish townhouses in Wilmersdorf are intermingled with trashy Chinese stores, a city where it’s what makes your heart beat faster and if you have arrhythmia, don’t read anymore.

You are invited to CLASSIC REMISE (Formerly Meilenwerk) today. The old streetcar depot, which on a private initiative was restored after almost 40 years of destruction and today is a paradise for the most faithful automotive fans, is a place where childhood dreams of seeing the most phenomenal models of Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, or RR come true….

If you want to get there by your own means of transport, it is advisable to head for the ALT MOABIT/WEDDING district, arriving at Weibestr 36-37 near Classic Remise you will see plenty of parked Citroens, Renaults and Fiats in classics, looking at them you will think, why in one place “so much goodness” but this goodness will only surprise you, in a moment! On the other hand, if you’re going to U-ban/S-ban, you’re about a 500m walk from the nearest station (remember, you’re driving a convertible and this tip about the Berlin subway is not for you hahaha!

CLASSIC REMISE opened in 2003 and since then, millions of heartbeats have accompanied every tour of its interiors. Visiting CR you will see magnificent car workshops in which mechanics Italians, Brits, Germans with their peculiar calmness repair the queens of the highway. You must see how the Italians do it because their workshop is teeming with Maseratti, Ferrari, Alfa Romeo or other Italian beauties. In the UK, order and light gloom are again evident, the frames of Jaguar E-type or Mark II majors on jacks, heavy brand emblems impress everyone.

Passing the workshops you enter a zone of air-conditioned glass garages in which automotive icons drip with their glory, if I were to name brands, the entire entry would be about just that. I have an idea, imagine what you would like to see and just come here.

The strength of this place is not only the display of cars or motorcycles (those Italian), but the fact that at every step you can feel here the commitment and passion of those who created it. We have on site a store with model cars, a car rental store, a beautiful auction room where events organized by CLASSIC REMISE are also held, a restaurant, a place where you can have the interior of your car restored, stores with parts for these wonderful vehicles, even the sidewalks you walk on do not let you forget the passion of the creators of this place, you will find on them a visualization of race tracks!

Every inch of the place is unique and worthy of attention. • When parking, pay attention to whether you are not standing on the so-called. gate (you don’t block the exit) in Berlin is a common cuisine;
• The neighborhood you’ll be in offers plenty of bars and imbis, so if you don’t want to eat at a restaurant, there are plenty of alternatives nearby;
• if you love classic cars you need at least 2h of time, if not, after 40 minutes you start to get bored;
• the realization of any video materials on the premises of CLASSIC REMISE requires notification to the building office
